With a detail-driven and highly collaborative approach, she works closely with clients, builders, trades, and suppliers to bring clarity, alignment, and intention to every stage of the design process.
With over 15 years' experience in project management and leadership, Kylie brings a structured and considered approach to coordination, decision-making, and delivery — key elements in successfully executing complex, high-value projects with precision and control.
Her transition into design consultancy was shaped by firsthand experience during her own knockdown rebuild, when the unexpected insolvency of the builder required complete project oversight. From managing administrators and appointing a new custom builder through to coordinating the continuation and completion of the home, the experience demanded resilience, organisation, and meticulous attention to detail.
Today, Kyrosh Design offers a considered and independent consultancy service spanning material and finish selection, project guidance, and international sourcing. Working closely with builders, trades, and trusted overseas partners, Kylie ensures every decision is intentional, aligned, and contributes to a cohesive final result.
